The 6th Joint group of Customs meeting between India and Bhutan, was held on 24th and 25th April, 2025 in Thimphu.
The Bhutan delegation was led by Mr. Sonam Jamtsho, Director General, DRC and Mr. Surjit Bhujabal, Special Secretary & Member (Customs), CBIC from India side. The aim of the meeting was to strengthen bilateral cooperation to facilitate, modernize customs procedures for seamless cross border trade and transit transactions.
